Puppy Adoption Application Form by Big Rock Labradoodles & Goldendoodles | Canada | USA | Montana, New York & Winnipeg

If you're interested in adding a Big Rock Wonderful Woofie to your family then we would really like to get to know you! 

 

Please fill out the online application form below to help us learn all about you, your family, your lifestyle and your hopes for how your new fur baby will fit into your home.  Your answers, along with your answers to our Puppy Personality Poll, which we send out when the puppies are 3 weeks of age, will help us match you with a puppy that compliments your lifestyle. 

 

If you've arrived on this page, it means you've already put plenty of thought into how adding a dog to your family will impact your lifestyle. A dog is a lifelong commitment and is a relationship that takes time, love and devotion to develop. If you are ready to grow your family and take on the added monthly expenses, financially and of time, that goes into having a dog, congratulations!  Your new Wonderful Woofie will reward you with a lifetime of love and memories to cherish.

Once we have received your application form, we will review the answers and get back to you within 48 hours to let you know what happens next!

We have availability in all current litters.  

​

We have two locations to serve you better! Big Rock Labradoodles in High River and Big Rock Labradoodles, North, in Spruce Grove.  You may be offered a puppy from a litter from either location.  If you are only open to one location, because you do not wish to travel, please let us know when you fill out your Application Form.  Litters from Spruce Grove say that they are at Big Rock North.

Adoption Application Form

To begin the Adoption Process for a puppy from Big Rock Labradoodles, please fill out, sign and return this form. Once we have received your application, we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Do you own your own home?
Do you have a fully fenced yard?
Do you have children at home?
Does anyone in the home have allergies to dogs?
Have you previously owned a dog?
Have you ever surrendered a pet to a shelter?
Do you have any other pets?
Is this puppy a surprise or gift?
Is there anyone in the home who does not want a puppy?
Sex Preferred
Color Preference
Coat Preference
Size Preferred
Will you be seeking to certify your dog as a therapy dog?
Will you be seeking to certify your dog as a service dog?
Have you researched this breed and do you have a good understaning of their energy levels, exercise requirements and grooming requirements?
Have you ever raised a puppy?
Are you prepared to invest the time and assume the responsibility reuired to raise a puppy?
Puppies require socialization and training. Are you willing to commit to taking your puppy to a minimum of formal puppy classes and then obedience classes when he is older?
Do you work outside the home?
Big Rock Labradoodles is a natural rearing and holistic minded breeder. We believe in prevention as the key to good health. As such, we ask our families to contractually commit to a life of raw feeding, minimal vaccinations and to delay spay/neuter until the age of 18 months. Do you agree to feed raw, vaccinate minimally and delay spay/neuter?
